At the 8th Digital China Summit's press conference, Wang Yanqing, Director of the Information Technology Development Department at the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), announced that to cultivate a robust industrial development ecosystem, the Ministry will intensify efforts to promote and apply the Data Management Capability Maturity Model (DCMM) and expedite the establishment of the Chief Data Officer (CDO) system within enterprises.
