The unveiling of the indigenous HarmonyOS system solidifies its position as the world's third-largest mobile operating system. Moreover, the development of digital industry clusters is gathering pace, with the added value of core digital economy industries poised to contribute approximately 10% to the GDP. Substantial advancements have been made in digital government, digital culture, digital society, and other domains, accompanied by notable achievements in digital ecological civilization construction and deepening international collaborations. To bolster data management capabilities, China is actively promoting the development of multiple national standards in the data field and conducting pilot projects to explore technical pathways.
