During this time, Xia Yong, an NPC deputy and the general manager of China Mobile Communications Group Chongqing Co., Ltd., proposed the urgent need to expedite the development of computing power. He advocated for supporting Chongqing in establishing a national-level hub for new energy computing power, fostering the construction of domestic computing power clusters, and accelerating the growth of Chongqing's artificial intelligence industry. Furthermore, he suggested opening up computing resources to the global market, thereby enhancing the supply of computing power and facilitating AI-driven industrial upgrading.
