Cloud computing service provider CoreWeave is set to debut on the U.S. stock market, aiming to raise over $4 billion with a potential valuation of up to $35 billion. Backed by prominent investors like NVIDIA, the company's founding team has already realized nearly $500 million in profits. CoreWeave specializes in delivering data center and high-performance chip services tailored for AI workloads, and it has bolstered its technical team by hiring former Google Cloud executive Chen Goldberg. Despite experiencing rapid revenue growth in recent years, CoreWeave remains heavily reliant on Microsoft, which it also views as a competitive force. In 2022, the company reported an operating loss of $22.88 million and projects achieving an operating profit of $324 million by 2024, albeit amid a widening net loss that now stands at $863 million.
