Intel and Oracle have announced a multi-year collaboration aimed at expanding the deployment scale of Intel Xeon processors on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) to meet the growing demand in enterprise applications, agent AI, and inference. The two sides will coordinate their technology roadmaps and capacity planning, with the collaboration covering current and future Xeon processor platforms, including OCI X14 instances based on Intel's next-generation server processor (codenamed Diamond Rapids).
