Baosight Software announced its plan to invest RMB 2.501 billion in the construction of the Baozhiyun East China Intelligent Computing Center Ma'anshan Base Project, which will be implemented by its controlling subsidiary, Anhui Baosight. The project is located in Yushan District, Ma'anshan City, Anhui Province, and plans to construct two data center buildings and supporting facilities, with approximately 5,328 cabinets designed and a total IT capacity of 128MW. The funding will come from 25% self-financing and 75% financing. This investment does not constitute a related-party transaction or a major asset restructuring and is subject to approval by the shareholders' meeting.
