On October 23, the Central Cyberspace Affairs Commission unveiled the '15th Five-Year Plan' for National Informatization. This plan outlines a strategic vision to enhance the integrated application infrastructure and execute the national blockchain network construction initiative, thereby reinforcing the bedrock of the value-driven internet. Concurrently, it emphasizes the need to expedite the establishment of a unified national computing power network, facilitating the harmonious development of computing power, electricity, and network systems, and refining the distribution of general-purpose, intelligent, and supercomputing capabilities. Furthermore, the plan delves into pioneering research and strategic deployment (adjusted from "Layout" to better fit English technical terminology) concerning space-based computing power, steadily progressing the construction of infrastructure for data circulation and utilization, forging new industrial networks, propelling the autonomous evolution of the mobile internet of things, and constructing cutting-edge broadcasting networks. Additionally, sectors such as transportation, energy, municipal services, and water conservancy are set to undergo digital and intelligent transformations in their infrastructure.
