On August 23, Haikou Daily reported that the 2026 Hainan Cross-border Computing Power Industry Development Conference was held in Haikou on August 21. At the conference, the Administrative Committee of Haikou National High-Tech Zone and New H3C Technologies Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement to jointly promote the planning and implementation of Haikou·International Turing Town. Meanwhile, the Hainan Token Industry Ecosystem Alliance was launched, and Unisplendour Yaochen (Hainan) Intelligent Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was unveiled. Haikou is leveraging the policy advantages of the free trade port to accelerate the clustered development of cross-border computing power, AI hardware intelligent manufacturing, and the digital industry ecosystem. According to the agreement, Turing Town will be located in Haikou National High-Tech Zone, and both parties will cooperate in five major areas: cross-border computing power services, digital industry ecosystems, industrial investment attraction and operation, industry-education talent cultivation, and computing power hardware intelligent manufacturing.
