Akan Share (301085.SZ) has disclosed that its subsidiary, Beijing Akan Intelligent Computing Technology Co., Ltd., has entered into two agreements with Supplier Company A. These agreements pertain to the procurement of computing power services and network-related product services. Each contract is valued at 434 million yuan (inclusive of taxes), culminating in a total contract value of 868 million yuan. The service duration for both contracts spans 60 months. The execution of these contracts will not compromise the company's business autonomy. Billing for the rental period will commence the day following the receipt of the acceptance report, with subsequent monthly billing calculated on a full-month basis at the tax-inclusive price stipulated in the agreements. The contracts stipulate a payment method involving a deposit and an advance payment.
