On August 17, CITIC Securities' research report pointed out that during the '15th Five-Year Plan' period, the computing power network will become an important new type of infrastructure to promote the development of new quality productive forces and undertake effective investments. With the country advancing initiatives such as 'computing power transfer from the east to the west,' a nationally integrated computing power network, ultra-large-scale intelligent computing clusters, and collaborative construction of computing power and electricity, driven by both policy and artificial intelligence demand, China's computing power infrastructure is transitioning from decentralized construction to a hub-based layout, large-scale development, and nationwide unified scheduling. CITIC Securities forecasts that during the '15th Five-Year Plan' period, China's Add intelligent computing power (newly added intelligent computing power) will reach approximately 30 million P, with full-scope capital expenditures potentially reaching RMB 10 trillion. Domestic computing power, possessing the attributes of both industrial products and public utilities, is expected to become a significant driver for industrial upgrading and capital formation.
