On August 3, Gole Share disclosed that its fully-owned subsidiary, Harbin Zhichen Technology Co., Ltd., had entered into a computing power service contract with a client. The contract boasts a staggering total value of 3.195 billion yuan (inclusive of taxes) and spans a service period of five years. Owing to the confidentiality clauses embedded within the contract, the company has adhered to its internal procedures to waive the disclosure of sensitive information, thereby withholding certain details from the public eye. In the event of a seamless execution of the contract, it is projected to augment the company's revenue by an estimated 200 million yuan in 2026. Nevertheless, factoring in the ramifications of equity incentives, the company is still anticipated to incur losses.
