Hainan Huatie made an announcement revealing that, on July 28, 2026, both the company and the individuals responsible received an 'Administrative Penalty Decision' from the Zhejiang Regulatory Bureau under the China Securities Regulatory Commission. Back in March 2025, a subsidiary of Hainan Huatie entered into a 'Computing Power Service Agreement' valued at an estimated 3.69 billion yuan. However, the company failed to promptly disclose subsequent delays and terminations in the delivery process. Consequently, the company was mandated to rectify the situation, issued a formal warning, and fined 3 million yuan. Hu Danfeng, the then general manager, Zhang Qiao, the chairman, and Guo Haibin, the board secretary, were also each issued warnings and subjected to fines amounting to 1 million yuan, 600,000 yuan, and 600,000 yuan, respectively. It's important to note that the company has not faced any delisting scenarios and is currently conducting business as usual.
