The overall investment in this ambitious project is anticipated to surpass $500 billion, encompassing the entire cost of chip procurement. This makes it the most significant publicly disclosed data center construction endeavor on a global scale to date. The park's electricity supply will be orchestrated by the U.S. government, with Japan exclusively funding the power infrastructure, as stipulated by a recent trade agreement.
