AsiaInfo Security has made an announcement stating that its majority-owned subsidiary, AsiaInfo Technologies, is set to enter into a framework agreement with its affiliated entity, Xiyun Computing Power, for the acquisition of computing power cluster services. The agreement is capped at a maximum value of 30 million yuan and will remain valid for a duration of one year. Given that this transaction involves a related party, it has already secured the approval of the board of directors, thereby bypassing the necessity for shareholder meeting deliberation.
