The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Cyberspace Administration of China, the State Administration for Market Regulation, along with four additional departments, have recently jointly released the Action Plan for Fostering Collaborative Growth Among Large, Medium, and Small Enterprises in the Platform Economy (2026-2028). This plan underscores the comprehensive execution of an action plan aimed at achieving high-quality development and seamless interconnection of computing infrastructure. It emphasizes the promotion of open sharing and pooling of computing resources, guiding platform enterprises to integrate distributed computing resources to enhance resource allocation efficiency. Concurrently, the plan aims to accelerate the development of a national integrated computing resource monitoring and scheduling service platform, bolster the capacity of platform enterprises to offer inclusive token services, refine agent services tailored for small and medium-sized enterprises, and diminish the obstacles they face in accessing and utilizing these services.
