On the morning of June 16, Zheng Shanjie, the Director of the National Development and Reform Commission, convened a symposium with private enterprises. He extended invitations to leaders from five prominent private companies in pertinent sectors, namely Aode Group, Harbin Jiuzhou Group, Shanghai High Hope Information Technology, and Hebei Baoxin Logistics. The purpose was to delve into the prevailing economic climate and engage in discussions regarding the systematic promotion of the 'Six Networks'—comprising water networks, innovative power grids, computing networks, next-generation communication networks, urban underground pipeline networks, and logistics networks—as well as strategies for bolstering effective domestic demand.

The participating enterprises acknowledged that the construction of the 'Six Networks' presents substantial demand, robust driving forces, and extensive ripple effects, thereby creating significant opportunities for businesses, which they are eager to seize. Concurrently, these enterprises offered recommendations on enhancing project revenue models and other relevant facets.

Zheng Shanjie emphasized the national commitment to advancing the 'Six Networks' construction as a pivotal initiative and encouraged enterprises to actively participate. He assured that the insights and proposals presented by the enterprises would be meticulously examined and incorporated where feasible. Moving forward, the National Development and Reform Commission will intensify its efforts in planning and executing the 'Six Networks' projects, invigorate private investment, and foster the growth and prosperity of the private sector economy.
