Based on data from the Aiqicha App, Kingsoft Cloud (Hainan Yangpu) Information Technology Co., Ltd. has recently finalized its industrial and commercial registration modifications. The company's registered capital has been elevated from US$600 million to US$700 million, reflecting an approximate 17% surge. Established in August 2022, the firm is headed by legal representative Zou Tao. Its operational purview encompasses internet domain name registration services, the wholesale distribution of computer software and hardware, as well as software development and sales. Shareholder details reveal that the company operates as a fully-owned subsidiary of Kingsoft Cloud Holdings Limited.
