The National Data Administration has outlined plans to expedite the creation of a unified national data property rights registration system, publish policy guidelines for a nationally integrated data market, and further advance the development and utilization of data resources. These measures aim to enhance the marketization and value realization of data elements, fostering a more dynamic and efficient data economy.
