On March 11 local time, alternative asset management firm TPG announced that its TPG Rise Climate had sold its stake in clean energy developer Intersect, which was acquired by Google for $4.75 billion, with Google also assuming its debt. The transaction, initially announced on December 22, 2025, is expected to close in the first half of 2026.
