American telecommunications giant T-Mobile has announced its intention to permanently lay off 393 employees, effective April 2, 2026. The layoffs will impact positions across its Bellevue, Washington headquarters, data centers, retail stores, as well as remote working roles. Among those affected are vice presidents, senior engineers, analysts, and project managers. Despite experiencing a 9% revenue increase in the third quarter of 2025, the company reported an 11% decline in net profit. This move is part of T-Mobile's strategic effort to realign its organizational structure in response to mounting performance pressures.
