This strategic alliance is geared towards streamlining Prosus's technological framework, achieving substantial cost efficiencies, and is projected to yield cost savings in the double-digit percentage spectrum.

Prosus intends to harness AWS's expansive global infrastructure and data center network to transition the bulk of its cloud and AI operations to AWS's platform. This move is anticipated to bolster its negotiating leverage, diminish system intricacy, and underpin the swift proliferation of AI requirements across its diverse portfolio of businesses.
