On December 9, Sugon unveiled its 2025 interim cash dividend distribution proposal, stating its intention to distribute a cash dividend of RMB 0.7 for every 10 shares (tax inclusive) to all shareholders. Following the deduction of repurchased shares that are not eligible for the dividend distribution, the actual number of shares that will partake in the distribution stands at 1,462,331,743. Consequently, the total proposed cash dividend amounts to RMB 102 million (inclusive of tax). It's important to note that no bonus shares will be issued as part of this distribution, nor will any capital reserve be converted into share capital. Ultimately, this plan is subject to the approval of the company's shareholders' meeting.
