Recently, the State Administration for Market Regulation (also known as the Standardization Administration) has given its official approval and subsequently published a suite of significant national standards. These standards span a diverse range of sectors, including emerging industries, transportation, environmental protection, workplace safety, and public services. They are poised to make a substantial impact on elevating the quality of daily life and safeguarding both lives and property.
Focusing on emerging fields, 15 national standards have been unveiled. These encompass areas such as cybersecurity technology, information technology, social experiments in artificial intelligence, nanotechnology, and more.
In the transportation and environmental protection sectors, 44 national standards have been rolled out. Among them are standards for automotive steering systems and brake fluids for motor vehicles. Additionally, there are 10 standards dedicated to energy conservation and environmental protection, such as those governing the economic operation of industrial boilers.
When it comes to workplace safety, 12 national standards have been introduced. These include methods for assessing explosion risks and determining the characteristic parameters of combustible dust.
In the realm of public services, three national standards concerning educational services have been released. These encompass requirements for certification bodies overseeing educational organization management systems, along with guidelines for crafting standardized educational curricula across seven professional domains, including logistics and elderly care.
