Today, Shanghai has officially unveiled a digital public service platform and introduced initiatives like the 'One Network for Global Expansion' strategy. This move aims to consolidate resources from diverse entities, refine the digital public service framework, and facilitate digital enterprises in overcoming barriers to international expansion. The platform boasts a multitude of functionalities, including service organization directories, and is designed to tackle obstacles encountered during enterprises' digital and intelligent transformation journeys. It offers digital products and services that are not only highly accessible and reliable but also cost-effective. Moreover, Shanghai has set up 18 digital public service centers along with 13 stations, curated a service catalog encompassing over 500 items, and assembled a team of more than 100 'digital service specialists' dedicated to delivering personalized 'one-on-one' assistance to enterprises.
