On November 18, the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology released the "Guidelines for the Construction of High-Standard Digital Parks," which put forward the idea of upgrading digital infrastructure. The specific measures outlined are as follows:

• Upgrading network infrastructure: Promote the construction and continuous evolution of 5G-A, 10-gigabit optical networks, and other cutting-edge technologies. This will facilitate the widespread application of identification and resolution systems, thereby creating network channels that are high-speed, ubiquitous, agile, and reliable.
• Optimizing computing infrastructure: Scientifically and rationally coordinate the utilization of diverse computing resources, including general-purpose computing, intelligent computing, and supercomputing. The aim is to enhance the efficiency of computing resource usage.

The overarching goal is to establish around 200 high-standard digital parks by 2027. These parks will achieve full digital transformation coverage for industrial enterprises of a designated size or larger within their boundaries. Additionally, there will be a significant improvement in the digitalization levels of park management and services.
