Cloudflare, a prominent U.S.-based CDN (Content Delivery Network) and web services provider, has for the first time submitted its recommendations to the United States Trade Representative (USTR). The company has raised an alarm, stating that the website-blocking measures adopted by numerous countries in Europe and Asia, under the guise of combating online piracy, are severely disrupting the operations of U.S. tech firms and erecting digital trade barriers.
