OpenAI can develop products jointly with third parties, with API products co-developed with third parties still being exclusively provided by Azure, and non-API products being deployable on any cloud platform. Additionally, Microsoft supports the establishment of a public benefit corporation by OpenAI's board of directors and holds approximately $135 billion in investment interests in this public benefit corporation.
