On October 17, Liu Liehong, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of the National Data Administration, along with his delegation, visited the China Technology Exchange for on-site research and held discussions with the institution's leaders. After listening to the introduction by the institution's leaders on the development of technology trading institutions and the technology market, Liu Liehong pointed out that the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China explicitly proposed the reform task of cultivating a national integrated technology and data market. Currently, the National Data Administration is accelerating the cultivation of a national integrated data market and is carefully studying and systematically reviewing the experiences in cultivating and developing the technology market, with the aim of providing more references for the development of the data market.
