The company's President of Cloud Infrastructure and President of Industry Business have been jointly appointed as Co-CEOs. On September 22 (local time), Oracle made public its decision to elevate Clay Magouyrk, the President of Cloud Infrastructure, and Mike Sicilia, the President of Industry, to the prestigious positions of Co-CEOs. Meanwhile, Safra Catz, who had held the reins as CEO for an uninterrupted 11-year tenure, has been designated as the Vice Chairwoman of the company's board of directors. On the 22nd, Oracle's (NYSE: ORCL) stock experienced a slight dip of over 1% in pre-market trading. However, it witnessed a notable 2% surge at one juncture after the market commenced operations.
