On the evening of September 22, Keppel DC Real Estate Investment Trust announced that it, together with Keppel Corporation, would acquire Tokyo's third data center for JPY 82.1 billion. Among them, Keppel DC REIT will hold a 98.47% stake in the data center, while Keppel Corporation will hold the remaining 1.53% stake. The seller is an unrelated third party, and both parties have signed a sales and purchase agreement.
