Reporters learned from the National Data Administration that since the full launch of China's 'Computing Power Hubs in the East and Data Storage in the West' project during the '14th Five-Year Plan' period, its large-scale effects have continued to manifest. Currently, the project has established 8 hub nodes and 10 data center clusters, covering 14 provinces across the eastern, central, and western regions. It has driven social investment exceeding RMB 1 trillion, providing approximately 80% of the country's intelligent computing power, and significantly boosted the development of industries such as artificial intelligence, smart manufacturing, and telemedicine.
