On September 9, 2025, Li Lecheng, the Minister of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, revealed that since the commencement of the '14th Five-Year Plan' period, the National Fund for the Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises has poured investments into a cumulative total of 1,981 projects, with the total investment amount surpassing 69 billion yuan. As a result of these efforts, over 2,000 specialized and sophisticated new enterprises have successfully made their debut on the A-share market. In addition, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, in partnership with the Ministry of Finance, has initiated a pilot program across a hundred cities to facilitate the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises. This program has empowered over 45,000 pilot enterprises to carry out digital upgrades.
