As of June this year, China has achieved a notable milestone with 15.3 high-value invention patents per 10,000 people, surpassing the 14th Five-Year Plan's target of 12 patents per 10,000 people ahead of schedule. Furthermore, the number of valid invention patents in strategic emerging industries stands at 1.472 million, marking a significant increase of 2.2 times compared to the end of the 13th Five-Year Plan period.
