Guoke Microelectronics is set to acquire a 94.366% equity stake in SMIC Ningbo through a combination of share issuance and cash payment. The transaction involves counterparties such as Ningbo Yongxin, Yuanqili Chuang, SMIC Holdings, and the initial phase of the Large Fund. Currently, the audit and evaluation process is still ongoing, and detailed figures will be disclosed in the forthcoming reorganization report.
