On June 4, Zhongke Electric unveiled plans to establish an integrated base for lithium-ion battery anode materials in Oman through its wholly-owned Hong Kong subsidiary, Zhongke Xingcheng Hong Kong, which is part of Zhongke Xingcheng Graphite. The proposed base will have an annual production capacity of 200,000 tons. The total investment for this project, not exceeding 8 billion yuan, will be executed in two phases. Each phase will have a capacity of 100,000 tons per year and a construction duration of 36 months.
