Bomin Electronics has officially commenced production at its groundbreaking Innovation Smart Park, the company's first high-end PCB factory tailored for the AI era. With a total investment of 3 billion yuan, the park is projected to achieve an annual production capacity of 3.6 million square meters. Kicking off operations, the pioneering M4 factory specializes in crafting high-speed and highly reliable PCB products for AI servers, network communications, and automotive electronics. This state-of-the-art facility boasts via capabilities reaching 52 layers, a thickness-to-diameter ratio of 30:1, 7-layer HDI capabilities, and an impressive annual production capacity of 360,000 square meters.
