Samsung Electronics has secured an accord with its major clients to elevate the selling prices of DRAM chips. Notably, DDR4 prices have witnessed a double-digit percentage increase, while DDR5 prices have seen a single-digit percentage hike. Additionally, SK Hynix has followed suit, raising DRAM prices by 12%.
