In a recent conference call, InnoLight disclosed that the company's revenue and net profit sustained growth in the first quarter of 2025, mirroring the industry's upward trajectory. Shipments of 800G optical modules soared significantly both year-over-year and month-over-month. Conversely, shipments of 400G optical modules temporarily dipped, attributed to overseas customers transitioning to 800G and burgeoning domestic demand. However, it is anticipated that the demand and shipments for 400G optical modules will rebound in the near future. Although shipments of 1.6T optical modules fell short of expectations, it is projected that they will gradually increase in the second to third quarters, with shipments already underway. Notably, the demand for 800G optical modules met expectations, and their large-scale deployment in 2025 stands out as a pivotal highlight.
