On April 17, Micron Technology unveiled plans to restructure its business segments according to market segmentation. The transition to this new organizational framework will commence immediately and is anticipated to be fully implemented by the onset of the fourth fiscal quarter, which begins on May 30, 2025. Following the reorganization, Micron will consist of four key business units: Cloud Memory Business Unit (CMBU), Core Data Center Business Unit (CDBU), Mobile and Client Business Unit (MCBU), and Automotive and Embedded Business Unit (AEBU). Commencing with the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2025, the company will report financial information aligned with this new structure.
