On January 22, the Beijing Municipal Development and Reform Commission announced its ambitious plan for the year ahead. The Commission intends to accelerate the enhancement of the integrated circuit innovation ecosystem, bolster the new energy vehicle industry, and foster new growth in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector. Concurrently, it aims to leverage digital and green technologies to transform and upgrade traditional industries, deploying 23 strategic emerging industry projects. Furthermore, Beijing aims to establish a hub for AI innovation and application, nurture the humanoid robot industry, reinforce the "South Arrow, North Star" industrial structure, and propel the advancement of the hydrogen energy industry.

At the forefront of technological advancement, Beijing will proactively lay the groundwork for the 6G industry, arranging 15 future-oriented industry projects, including the Super Intelligent Computing AI Innovation Demonstration Park. This proactive approach underscores Beijing's commitment to staying at the cutting edge of technological development and fostering a dynamic and innovative economic landscape.
