On October 29, as indicated on the website of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), Beijing Infinite Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. officially commenced its Initial Public Offering (IPO) journey by completing its counseling registration with the Beijing Securities Regulatory Bureau on October 28, 2026. The counseling will be conducted by CITIC Securities. Established in 2022 and with its headquarters situated in Daxing District, Beijing, Infinite Intelligence Technology is dedicated to the research and development of high-performance embodied AI chips, with a vision to forge a comprehensive computing power solution tailored for the embodied AI sector.
