On October 28, Junzheng Co., Ltd. disclosed during an institutional research event held on October 27 that storage prices are projected to experience an overall uptick in the fourth quarter. Specifically, prices for NOR Flash large-capacity products are on a continued upward trajectory. DRAM prices exhibit variability, influenced by the distinct pricing strategies employed by overseas manufacturers. Consequently, some customers are facing substantial price hikes, while others are encountering more moderate increases. Nevertheless, the prevailing trend remains positive, and it is anticipated that the gross profit margin for storage in the fourth quarter will sustain its improvement.

When addressing next year's price trends, the company acknowledged its inability to furnish a definitive forecast. However, it does anticipate a certain degree of price escalation. At present, agreements with global customers for the upcoming year are typically structured around quarterly price adjustments. These adjustments will be contingent upon prevailing market supply and demand dynamics. On the supply front, both DRAM and Flash are currently facing constrained conditions. In terms of demand, the overall performance remains robust, particularly within niche markets such as the automotive and industrial sectors. This strength is further accentuated by the gradual withdrawal of major international manufacturers from segments like DDR4 and LPDDR4, resulting in a significant influx of demand towards Junzheng Co., Ltd. Moreover, the demand for Flash in the automotive, industrial markets, and AI server sectors is exceptionally vigorous, with customers projecting substantial growth in orders for the forthcoming year.
