Aoshikang has entered into an industrial project development agreement with the Administrative Committee of the Haimen Economic and Technological Development Zone. The agreement outlines plans to set up the Aoshikang Nantong Intelligent Computing and High-Speed Interconnect PCB Industrial Base in Nantong, Jiangsu Province. The overall investment for the project is projected to reach around 6 billion yuan, which will be rolled out in three distinct phases. The initial phase will see an investment of roughly 2.5 billion yuan. This strategic move has undergone scrutiny by the board of directors and is now pending the green light from the shareholders' meeting. As for the land acquisition for the project, it will be carried out through a public auction process.
