Feichem: Anqing Xingkai’s Smart Factory Production Line for Semiconductor Materials Enters Trial Production Phase

On October 26, Feichem announced on an interactive platform that its EMC (Epoxy Molding Compound) is predominantly utilized in the packaging and discrete device sectors. The smart factory production line for semiconductor materials at Anqing Xingkai has now entered the trial production stage. The company plans to gradually transition its production capacity to this new line and expedite product verification processes. Meanwhile, the existing production capacity for fiber optic cable coating materials is ample to fulfill customer requirements, with the added advantage of flexible capacity expansion. Furthermore, the Anqing branch is set to initiate construction on a UV-curing supporting materials project by the end of 2026.
