On October 12, 2026, Jiangsu Hisigk Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. (HISIGK) hosted an overseas customer acceptance team to carry out factory acceptance tests on a fully automated photolithography machine slated for export. The equipment is set to be dispatched promptly upon successful acceptance. This shipment will represent the 17th photolithography unit exported by HISIGK since 2024. The following day, a fully automated mask alignment photolithography machine designed for 8-inch (200mm) wafers also finished factory debugging and customer acceptance procedures. It was then loaded onto trucks for shipment. This machine will be employed in the patterning process of silicon-based Micro LED wafers. It is important to clarify that HISIGK is distinct from HiSilicon Technologies Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Huawei. HISIGK's core team boasts 15 years of expertise in photolithography processes within the yellow light zone. They have developed multiple photolithography equipment models and established dual operational bases in Xiangcheng, Suzhou, and the Tianfu New Area, Chengdu. Their product range encompasses single-sided and double-sided alignment photolithography equipment for 2- to 12-inch wafers, which are extensively utilized across various sectors, including MEMS, integrated circuits, and compound semiconductors.
