According to TrendForce's latest research on the memory industry, by the fourth quarter of 2026, DRAM manufacturers will persist in leveraging cutting-edge processes for the production of high-performance server products. This will result in the overall market maintaining a state where supply lags behind demand. However, the growth rate of contract prices will decelerate, with general-purpose DRAM expected to see a quarterly increase of 10% to 15%. The NAND Flash market will follow a dual-track trajectory, characterized by simultaneous demand for AI acceleration and sluggish consumer demand. Nevertheless, prices are still projected to rise accordingly, with an anticipated overall quarterly increase of 15% to 20% in contract prices.
