On August 27, USI made an announcement stating that it plans to infuse an additional $120 million into its fully-owned Vietnamese subsidiary, UNIVERSAL SCIENTIFIC INDUSTRIAL VIETNAM. This capital increase will be carried out through its other wholly-owned entity, Universal Global Electronics, utilizing the company's internal funds. The move is aimed at further expanding its overseas production capacity and optimizing its global industrial footprint.
