Spanning an expansive area of 4,340.87 square meters and boasting a planned construction footprint of 9,549.91 square meters, this plot is earmarked for the development of Ouyue Semiconductor's Shanghai R&D headquarters. Remarkably, on the very day of delisting, the company swiftly obtained approval for its architectural design, a permit for pile foundation construction, a land transfer certificate, and a real estate ownership certificate. This achievement positions Ouyue Semiconductor as the pioneering industrial project in Taopu Smart Innovation City to "initiate construction promptly upon land acquisition and secure certificates concurrently with land transfer."
