On August 14, news emerged that Guangzhou's Haizhu District has unveiled the 'Eight-Pronged Token Strategy.' This initiative offers a holistic framework for token development, addressing every stage from production to value augmentation. It encompasses key areas such as output efficiency, service integration, distribution networks, application scenarios, OPC (which could stand for a specific concept in the context, like "Original Protocol Content" or be defined within the document; for the sake of this revision, we'll keep it as OPC) nurturing, industry modernization, financial support, and international outreach.
In the realm of token production, the strategy incentivizes major model firms to refine their technologies, aiming to boost the token output per chip unit. Eligible enterprises stand to benefit from up to 50% reimbursement of their actual investments, with an annual cap set at 1.5 million yuan.
When it comes to industrial platforms, the policy encourages companies to venture into areas like heterogeneous computing power tokenization packaging, multimodal model aggregation access, and the establishment of cross-model, cross-modal token invocation hubs. Qualified firms can secure up to 4 million yuan in financial assistance under this scheme.
