Between May 18 and June 4, 2026, Sun Jing progressively divested 2.3542 million shares of the company via centralized bidding transactions. This amount represents 0.50% of the company's entire share capital, enabling Sun Jing to realize 772 million yuan from the sale. Post-reduction, Sun Jing's remaining stake in the company amounts to 2.6458 million shares, with the proportion of ownership declining to 0.56%.
